The owner is actively involved in all aspects of the business, including, training dispatching, driving, and truck and trailer maintenance. Role Description
This is a full-time position for a Heavy Haul Driver operating across all 48 contiguous states of the U.S. The driver will be responsible for the safe transportation of oversized and overweight commodities along designated routes, including interstate hauls. Key responsibilities include:
Independently loading and unloading self-propelled equipment when required.
Securing oversized and irregular loads in compliance with safety standards.
Adhering to all transportation regulations and hauling requirements.
Communicating with dispatch and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
Planning routes and adapting to changes in logistics.
Conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections to maintain vehicle safety.
Qualifications
Valid CDL Class A license with experience in operating Semi Trucks.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to operate and manage truck and trailer independently.
Strong focus on safety and compliance with transportation laws.
Prior experience in heavy haul or oversized load transportation is a plus.
Willingness to travel nationwide.
High school diploma or equivalent.
